Privacy Policy
How Ontro Cleaning handles the details you give us when you ask for a quote.
This policy is a placeholder. Ontro Cleaning should replace it with its own wording before launch — including the ABN, the contact address for privacy requests, and how long quote requests are kept.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the address to be cleaned, the service you want and anything you type into the message box.
Why we collect it
To price your clean, to contact you about it, and to carry out the work. We do not sell it.
Getting in touch
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call 0452 362 682 or email [business email].
